1. How long does it take to receive my order?

It may take up to 10 business days.

2. How do I return an item if I do not like it?

Please contact us via email customerservice@perfectlycharmed.com or call 720-201-7264 to receive a return authorization code.  Once the product is received your money will be fully refunded.  You have up 60 days to return if you are dissatisfied.

3. What if item received is defective?

These products are guaranteed for 2 years so please use the same process as in number 2.

4. What are your store hours for contacting someone?

You many call between the hours of 8am MST through 7pm MST, Monday through Friday.

5. What if the item I ordered is out of stock?

We will contact you and give you the option to select another item or refund your money.

6. What are you charms made of?

Each description contains what they are made of but the majority are high quality sterling silver, glass, ceramic , enamel, CZ, crystal, gold or other materials and guaranteed lead free.

7. How much do I have to spend to receive a free polish cloth?

$50 of more.

8. How much is shipping?

One flat rate of $6.

9. How is it shipped?

United States Post Office and in a gift box.

10. What options are available to pay?

Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and PayPal.
