The Perfectly Charmed privacy policy is designed to ensure that any personal information you provide us with will remain private. We only collect personal information in order to process billing, fulfill orders, and provide you with a personal and customized shopping experience.

Security

We use the latest in SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology (to ensure your credit card information stays safe, as well as maintain the utmost respect for your personal information). When you place your order with us, you will be using our secure server. Our server software encrypts all of the personal information you submit to us. This helps to maintain the confidentiality of your information.
When placing an order, you provide your name, mailing address, telephone number, email address, credit card number and expiration date. We collect information to verify your identity for payment authorization, to ship your order to you, to contact you about your order status, to personalize your shopping experience, to send you helpful information about us, and generate anonymous statistics to help our site improve.

Your personal information will be shared with our employees, your credit card company, and the party through whom your product is shipped (e.g. UPS or other delivery company). This shared personal information may include you name, your street address, and your telephone number.

Payment    

We accept all major U.S. credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) and PayPal. We also accept personal checks or money orders; however, your order will not be processed until your check or money order has been received. We retain the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent or suspect. We report all fraudulent transactions to the proper authorities.

Shipping         

We normally process your order within 3-5 business days after your order is received. Perfectly Charmed ships USPS Priority mail. Shipping is $6.00. Deliveries to Hawaii and Alaska are also shipped via U.S. Priority Mail. Priority mail takes approximately 3-4 business days from Colorado. At this time, Perfectly Charmed does not ship internationally.

Exchanges

If you prefer, you may return your unworn purchase within 30 days of the shipment date and exchange for another item. We will issue you a credit authorization code for the price of the item (minus any shipping upgrades you may have purchased). You may apply this credit to the purchase of any other selection of your choice from Perfectly Charmed within 30 days. Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.

Returns

You may return your unworn merchandise for a full refund of the merchandise price within 30 days from the shipment date. The item must be in its original condition and unworn. In order to obtain a return authorization number and return shipping address, please contact us at:

Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Availability

Unfortunately, there is a possibility that some products may be unavailable. We will make every effort to fulfill your order, but if we cannot, we will promptly contact you via email and we will refund your purchase price for those items which are unavailable.
